All orders will be packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Not happy with your purchase? We want you to love your order and we understand how important it is to be 100% satisfied with your order! Please let us know within 14 days of the received shipment date at info@gaddibeauty.com if you wish to RETURN or REPLACE your items.

A return or exchange can be made 14 days from the date your package has arrived, after the 14 days your order is not eligible for a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
You are responsible for all exchange or return shipping costs. It is recommended that you send your exchange with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for lost returns.

Please indicate whether you would like an exchange for colour or a return.
We strongly suggest that you keep your tracking number, to be able to confirm your package has been safely delivered to us.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the date the return is derived to be notified by a representative and for your return or refund to be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom hair extensions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
